Looking back with thanksgiving
In recent weeks, many churches have celebrated the Harvest with services of thanksgiving. It is a wonderful reminder of the importance of giving thanks to God for His goodness and kindness to us over the previous year. For us at New Horizon, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the wonderful ministry we received this last summer and for many stories of lives touched and transformed by God’s grace, through His word to us. And the ministry continues. You can listen back to recordings of so many of the sessions from “Joy from the Ashes” and share them with others for free!

Looking forward with expectation
And as preparations begin for New Horizon 2024: 3 – 9 August, we are looking forward to all that God will do among us through our main speakers, our times of worship, our seminars and the wonderful times of fellowship we enjoy together.
We are delighted to share that Dr Peter J Williams, the Principal of Tyndale House in Cambridge will be leading our Bible Teaching from Monday 5 to Friday 9 August at 10am. In the evenings, we will welcome evangelist and speaker J John along with Laura Bell and John Graham who will lead us as we consider our theme Extra-Ordinary – treasure in jars of clay.
Looking up to Jehovah Jireh
We are deeply grateful for God’s provision for New Horizon this year through the generosity of His people. Numbers of people at the event were almost back to pre-pandemic levels and although at this stage we are still facing a deficit it is significantly smaller than last year’s loss. Please continue to pray with us that God will provide to cover the costs of this ministry. Every gift goes towards ensuring the vision of New Horizon can continue for the years to come.
