By giving us relevant information on health and special needs we can endeavour to make sure children and young people are safe and can participate as fully as possible in planned activities. If we need to contact you during children/youth programme activities we will use the emergency contact details you give us. The New Horizon office processes the registration forms and will only share children/youth information with relevant team leaders. We only keep your information for as long as we consider it necessary and reasonable. This takes into account our legal obligations and insurance recommendations. In person registration for On the Edge and LiveWire will be possible on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th August in the Bann Tent at the rear of the main tent from 6.30pm.

There is a waiting list in place for creche, SU and Salt Factory Sports – email us to request your child to be added to the waiting list office@newhorizon.org.uk

Volunteers are still urgently needed for the creche to enable more children to attend.

Young people are permitted to attend Livewire & On the Edge without their parents attending New Horizon. Parents are required to give the name of a responsible adult attending New Horizon such as their Youth Leader or the parent of a friend.

It actually costs more than £40 per child/young person to hire the venues and equipment. The shortfall is covered through offerings received at the main tent and donations throughout the year. C LICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION
