“Who has known the mind of Christ so as to instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ. ” 2 Corinthians 2:16
NH2022 June Update
After a period of significant scattering among the Christian community in this land, we are excited to gather once again in larger numbers to celebrate Jesus together and be inspired to share Him with our world. Come and join us!
Mainstage Programme
Board Member Rick Hill is looking forward to a feast of teaching and worship at #NH2022. He shares…
“The Mainstage Programme at New Horizon provides people of all ages with an opportunity to gather from across the sweep of the evangelical family in Northern Ireland and be inspired through preaching, music, story and prayer. The Evening Celebrations (7.30-9.15pm), held in the Main Tent from Saturday to Friday, aim to challenge minds and inspire hearts. We are looking forward to welcoming our speakers Ben Stuart, Will van der Hart and Ali Calvin.
The morning Bible Teaching (10-11am) anchors each day in God’s word through Bible exposition and stripped back praise. This year our speaker is John Risbridger. Our prayer is that we grow in knowledge and depth of insight as we explore the Bible together each day. Translation into sign language is provided both morning and evening.
Worship and prayer are also key elements of our Mainstage programme. Praising God and encouraging one another through songs is a key component of every Evening Celebration and this year we will be continuing our partnership with New Irish Arts, led by Jonathan Rea. He is keen to ensure that the choice of songs fits the purpose, theme and content of each morning and evening.
A Prayer Ministry Team and Prayer Tent are also present throughout the week to intercede before God for others. We encourage you to go to the Prayer Tent if you would appreciate someone praying for you or join the prayer meetings before the Evening Celebrations and morning Bible Teaching to pray with others, even if you can only pop in for a short time.”
NH Explore
NH Explore is a space to explore in depth God’s will for us and to take further what we’re learning in the Bible Teaching and Evening Celebrations. In 2022, the seminars will be in the morning (11.45-12.45) from Monday to Friday and will take place in the tented village. Our prayer for you is that you will find in the programme some space or spaces where, with the help of the fantastic range of speakers we have assembled, you can work through what it means for you to live for the praise of God’s glory in your church, family, neighbourhood and place of work or study.
NH Explore aims to:
Challenge: helping people think about important issues in ways that they haven’t considered before
Equip: resourcing people to put what they’ve learned into practice where they live, work and serve
Connect: linking people with similar interests and forging partnerships
You will find more details of all the NH Explore seminars online in the coming weeks but here is one important session to look out for.
The Church Post Covid
Bishop Ken Clarke takes a fresh look at God’s vision for the church at this time!
All churches are experiencing the huge task of refocusing, regrouping and rebuilding after the unique challenges of the past two years. This will be a reality check on where we are, a reminder of God’s priorities for His people and a look at His vision of where He wants us to be.
Children’s and Youth Registration is OPEN

Partner in the vision
New Horizon exists be used by God, through the power of His Spirit to inspire a selfless surrender to His Son, a radical obedience to His Word, an enduring passion for His Kingdom and an unconditional love for His World.
Giving to New Horizon is an opportunity to partner in this vision. Main tent events and seminars are free for everyone to attend and we want to keep it that way. Registration fees in the Children/Youth Programmes are subsidised and free places are available for families who cannot pay. Your giving enables this ethos of generosity, so please give generously as you are able.
Thank you for your support
